“Meticulous, that just begins to describe Bruce’s eye for detail.  All screw heads on light switches will line up and while you are having a discussion with him, he will go get your step ladder and straighten your clock on the wall !!

He and his crew have done 5 major renovations in my home, basically rebuilding my 1987 home from inside out!!

Take a look at the Drawer-with-multiple-dog-dishes that Bruce built.  Great job! ”

“Apparently we are not the only ones who love our contractor! And the fact that we can still say that after 2 years and an entire house remodel is pretty amazing! Cannot recommend Bruce Graf and Graf Developments highly enough — he and his team are the BEST!! Congratulations on a well deserved honor Bruce!”

“A few years ago, after a long search for a remodeler, I selected Bruce Graf to do a kitchen and den area remodel at my mom’s house. It was a very successful remodel: on time and on budget with a beautiful modern kitchen and den. My own house was in desperate need of a new kitchen and last year started the search again and after getting a competitive bid from Bruce and discovering his two best finish carpenters were still on his team, the selection was easy. The results can be seen on Bruce’s web site, as the major house remodel was again finished on time and on budget and the results are beautiful and will be enjoyed for several years.”

“From the moment Bruce started to talk about our project my doubts went away. The project went smoothly from the start to the end. The whole team was accommodating. Susie was great to work with. The design was just what I wanted and needed. Plan to used Bruce again to redo the kitchen some day.”

“Graf Developments did an almost complete house remodel including two new heating/AC systems, major foundation repair and house leveling of a poorly done previous remodel, a complete high-end kitchen upgrade, raising a sunken living area to be level with rest of house, complete exterior painting, hardy siding installation, two new windows, all interior doors and two exterior doors, brick fence repair, interior house painting and removal of all wood paneling. Job well organized and continuous steady work to complete on time and on budget even with a couple late additions to original work scope. All work City of Dallas Code compliant and inspected including new electrical panel and several new supply circuits. Very happy with end result and recommend company as easy to work with, good communication, and honesty with no money surprises.”

“Terry and I wanted to say THANK YOU for doing such a great job on our fireplace and flooring. What a “painless” experience it was. You are a true professional. I loved how you treated the renovations to our home as if they were being done to your own home. Your contractors were friendly and professional as well. We have had so many compliments on your work! We will definitely contact you for any and all future projects we may have. (Once I build my savings back up that kitchen has to GOOOOOoooooo! haha)

Thanks for being a great contractor and “friend”! I’ll recommend you to anyone I hear in need of a General Contractor”

Sincerely,

“I was recently contacted by a seller who had previously listed their home for sale with another firm for six months, however, it did not sell. They asked me why their home had not sold, and they wanted my input for staging and updating their home. I suggested that they update their master bath and make some other cosmetic updates. I referred then to Bruce Graf! Bruce and his designer toured the home and visited with my sellers to make their update recommendations and my sellers hired Bruce. The remodel looked great! I listed the home and we had it under contract in seven days! Thanks Bruce for your attention to detail and for helping me get this home SOLD!”

“Having a Great Realtor who knows of a Great Remodeler allows for a quick turn around when completing the task at hand.  We needed a few areas of our home updated prior to listing on the market.  Bruce came in and completed the job and exceeded our expectations.  Within four days of listing we had an offer!  Take a look..  Show picture……  This made the deal!”

“Over the past decade my wife and I have developed a trust and confidence in Bruce Graf of Graf Developments.

We were first introduced to Bruce through the Expo Design Center in Plano, Texas. Bruce was the general contractor on a remodel of all of our bathrooms and we were pleased with the work done by him and his crew.

Several years later we again worked with Bruce and the Expo on a complete gut, redesign, and rebuild of our kitchen. And again, Bruce and his crew did a great job implementing the design and creating a kitchen that we are still enjoying. Recently, termites attacked our home and we called on Bruce and the Graf Development team a third time.

Three different types of jobs and we remain satisfied customers. Bruce is clear about the scope and cost of the work. He does not over-promise. He starts when he says he will and stays with the project until each final detail is complete.

I highly recommend Bruce and Graf Development for any kind of home remodeling.”

Bathroom and Wine Room

“Working with Bruce Graf is really like working with a friend.

After Bruce completely turned our out-of-date, his-and-hers bathroom into a stunning shared space with separate areas and vanities, it was an easy decision to go to him for a second project.

During our first project, Bruce’s team had created an amazing shower for us with a 10-foot granite shower wall with a natural top and edge and routed grooves for the glass enclosure. Now, we wanted to turn unused attic space into a media room and use extra storage room in the garage as a wine room.

We knew Bruce could figure out how to create the right access to the attic. Working together, we found a wonderful spiral staircase set around a 12-inch pole (which makes it not so spirally). It had a great wrought iron railing and spindles that matched the other staircases in the house. (I believe it took twelve men to carry it into the house and it looked like a cold war missile on the flatbed truck coming down the street!)

Our new wine room’s stone walls (one of which extends up into the media room) are also exceptional. The entire layout, lighting, and wall finishes are as well.

Bruce, his team and subs did excellent work for us. They are all easy to work with, professional, and completed their jobs in a timely manner. Each team member was respectful of the fact that we were living in the house during the remodel and did their best to keep the job site and rest of the house clean. They laid plastic runners and covered furniture and draperies with drop sheets.

I think the most impressive aspect of working with Bruce was that any time my husband or I would find a potential problem or oversight, Bruce would always have noted it or be working to fix it even before we brought it to his attention. This was a very new experience for us, as in the past when we had things done around the house it usually required a fair amount of nagging and phone calls to get the job done right.

Probably the best testimonial to our pleasure with Bruce’s work is, that when our last project was finished, we had Bruce and his entire family for dinner and a movie!”

Kitchen, Dining Room, Utility Room and Den

“My wife and I had been talking for several years about doing a major remodel of our kitchen/den area, which, except for the appliances, was basically the same kitchen we had when we moved into the house over 30-years earlier. This was a major undertaking for us and we did not want to fall into the trap of getting a “handyman” or fly-by-night contractor who would do a poor job or have problems and cost overruns.

Around 2006 some friends of ours had a major kitchen remodel performed by Graf Developments and they told us several times during and after the construction how pleased they were to have found a contractor who was knowledgeable, experienced, and trustworthy. We visited their home during and after the construction and were impressed with the work… so we decided to contact Bruce Graf and get an estimate.

We are pleased to say that everything we had heard about Bruce Graf and Graf Developments was correct. Bruce gave my wife and me a very detailed contract outlining every aspect of the job and a timetable for completion. We had Bruce do the remodel of our kitchen, utility room, dining room, and den in 2007. Every phase of the remodel went as planned and Bruce was always willing and able to answer any of our questions during the construction. His crew showed up on time, did great work, and even cleaned up after themselves everyday, so the jobsite always looked as good as possible when they left every afternoon. We were (and still are) very pleased with our decision to use Graf Developments.

We highly recommend Bruce Graf and Graf Developments to anyone who is considering any type of remodel, add-on, or new construction. Bruce and his crew have the experience and the integrity to do the job right and give you a completed job you will be proud to show off.”
